Song cards

Each song gets a baseball card: times played, the gap since it was last heard, where it sits in the set, and how long the whole track runs. A song page opens with photos for the moods of the nights it was played, then the live Donut Meter for those shows. The book is precomputed from phish.in so this page does not scan the archive.
